Positions Available for Spring Semester!!

Would you like to be a part of ASUM's exciting new initiative to improve neighborhood relations in the University District? The Neighborhood Ambassador Program is NOW HIRING!!! The program hires students to serve as liaisons between homeowners and student renters living in the University District neighborhood. Each neighborhood ambassador has an assigned are in which they go door to door to meet the residents, works to build a stronger sense of community in this area. They also implement outreach campaigns on student rights & responsibilities, distribute a monthly newsletter, and plan fun events for the neighborhood.

Position Details:
- $8.50/hour
- 5 hrs/week (flexible schedule!)
- Great leadership opportunity!

- must be UM student enrolled in 6 or more credits
- 2.5 GPA or higher
- Preference given to those who live in University District
- demonstrated community involvement, volunteerism, and/or leadership experience
- must be a people person
- strong verbal and written communication skills
